Each product page has the information on how quickly an item will ship and what warehouse and state it ships from.
Free Shipping
Instead of offering you a shipping deal one week then taking it away the next, we offer the same free shipping deal 365 days a year. You can order when you need it, instead of waiting to time your order to a promotion.
Free does not mean cheap. We don’t give our free shipping orders 2nd rate service. Like our paid shipping orders, orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. Since we warehouse the majority of the items we sell, if the item description page says “Order by 2:00PM EST Monday-Friday for SAME DAY shipping from SportStop.com in NH”, you can count on it getting out the door quickly.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Orders under $99
- Orders with items that do not qualify for free shipping
- Orders shipping to:
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, etc. Addresses
- AK, HI, PR Addresses
- International Addresses
When will my order ship?
Each product page has information on shipping for that specific item. Orders placed for items that ship from the SportStop.com warehouse will ship the same business day (Monday - Friday) if the order is placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time. If the order is placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time, it will ship the following business day (Monday - Friday).
Any order placed with items that ships out of any of our manufacturer's warehouses will take longer. Generally 2-4 days, check each item page for product specific information.
Can I place my order to ship to a different name and address than the bill to name and address?
Yes, you can ship an order with different bill to and ship to addresses. Make sure that the bill to name and address match exactly with your payment details to avoid any payment issues.
Why didn't I get Free Shipping on my order?
There are a few reasons why you would not get free shipping on your order.
- Your order amount did not reach or exceed $99.00.
- Your order is being shipped outside of the continental United States (AK, HI PR, Canada, etc.).
- Your order contains an item that does not qualify for free shipping (typically large/heavy items like lacrosse goals, cases of balls, etc.).
- When you were checking out you did not select the “Standard Shipping” option at $0.00 for your shipping method.

Can I express ship my order?
Yes, we offer several express shipping options. Each product page has information on shipping for that specific item. Orders placed for items that ship from the SportStop.com warehouse will ship the same business day (Monday - Friday) if the order is placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time. If the order is placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time, it will ship the following business day (Monday - Friday). For orders with items that ship from our manufacturer's warehouse, they are typically shipped out within 2-4 days. At that time, the express shipping transit time will begin.
When deciding which express service to choose, please keep in mind that the day it ships does not count as a day. Saturday and Sunday also do not count. Be aware that if you place an express order on a Friday prior to 2:00pm EST, it will be shipped out that Friday but Overnight shipping will arrive on the following Monday, 2nd Day shipping will arrive on the following Tuesday and 3 Day shipping will arrive on the following Wednesday. Also, if you place an order after 2:00pm EST on a Friday your order will not get shipped out until the following Monday, to arrive on Tuesday if Overnight shipping was selected, Wednesday if 2nd Day shipping was selected and Thursday if 3 Day shipping was selected.
Can I ship Express Ship Outside the Continental United States?
No, we only offer express shipping for orders that are shipped to a Continental United States address. No International orders can be expressed.
